Went to start my bike there To go home for lunch and there was an exceptionally loud backfire and fuel started to run out one of the overflows. I tried to start again but nothing just turned over and over. I looked abit closer in around the carb and noticed it has actually blew the carb out of the rubber inlet to the head. Has this happened anyone else? I'm hoping its nothing too serious as iv spent a small fortune on this bike already.

Sounds like a standard backfire. Get the carb boot back on and check that the throttle plate moves freely and try again.
Did you choke it a lot? What grade gas?

Took the carb off and had a look nothing seems to be damaged. Just use normal unleaded petrol. I was using some choke but no more than usual. Guna put it all back together today and see what it does.
