Hey Everybody. Here is a quick photo comparison between the stock seat and a Touratech tall seat. The Touratech is obviously taller/flatter but it goes a little deeper than that. The Touratech also has much firmer foam than stock and much less of a "cheese-grater" cover. The cover is very grippy but much more comfortable. There is also a very pronounced "seating position" at the mid/rear of the seat that immediately feels at home. In my opinion this is a seat for sitting back and touring. I haven't had a chance to log much seat time but definitely liking the Touratech seat so far. Matt
thanks for the pics. Is that the one from advrider flea market? I was tempted to grab it. Have you tried the tall Seat Concepts in comparison?
Yes. Seat was for sale here and also on ADVrider I think. I have not tried the Seat Concepts tall seat. It is a very different shape though. Flatter with no raised passenger section at the back. Matt
