Hello. This is my first post. I have been lurking on this site for sometime and have gotten tons of useful information, but I finally have a problem I can't find an answer to. I recently purchased a 99 te610(left side kickstart). It was converted to be street legal so I have been doing a lot of street riding on it. I am wanting to get some 17 inch supermoto rims to put on it. I have been looking around and can't seem to find any. So basically I have 2 questions. First, will the hubs off a 2000+ te/sm610 fit a 99? And secondly have any of you used the aftermarket hubs(warp9 or excel) that fit a 99? Thanks in advance for any help!
Not sure of your answer but there is some good info here on 610 motards .look at the spec pages for info on different set ups . I had a pair of cbr 17 inches made up from these specs that bolted straight onto my 610 http://motard-supermoto-wheels.sportsontheweb.net/husqvarna-te610-te510-te450.htm
In general the '99 and '00 2 stroke wheels were the same except the earlier wheels used spacers for the thinner axle. if you have 4 bolts on the rear disk that should be a good indication it will work. The 2nd thing to check is the sprocket mount thickness as the newer 4 stokes have a wider flange. You may need a 2 stroke wheel on the old 610.
