Just before the fuel light comes on the bike will occasionally starve for fuel and stall, regardless of how much throttle I give it. This will get worse and occur more frequently as the fuel level drops. On a full tank the bike runs perfectly, no issues at all. As soon as I fill up the issue is gone. Would it be an EFI issue?

Search this forum for fuel pump modification......sounds like what yours needs.

Basically the fuel pump becomes dislodged from its mount and sits higher in the tank. This cause the pump to not pick up fuel when the level gets low.

    What Oldschool says...

Some times the fuel fliter crack and bleed off fuel pressure also.

How will I know it’s dislodged? How do I also fix it if it is and reassemble it? Thanks
