Hi, changed piston and timing chain after 100 h and now when i have put everything together there is no life at all in the bike, checked timing again and it looks ok, checked spark, checked throttleposition with ibeat, no fault codes, tried with starter gas but nothing..
First i thougt that it was injector but when it doesnt fire up with gasoline or starter gas directly into cylinder there must be something else,, any ideas??

    regards/

    Has it got compression?
Is it possible the ignition timing is 180 deg out ?

Yes There is compression, but is it even possible to get it 180 degrees, got the punch mark on crankgear upwards ev en checking timing.

Has to be fuel then - or no air, or some other 4 stroke voodoo.

Found it. for some reason the mark on primary gear on crank doesnt line up as it should, had to measure the tdc witch a gauge and then the cams had to be moved one teeth in advance and then it fired upp on furst turn :), realised that something was wrong with timing when i hold the exhaust with my hand and got suction after pressure.

That is interesting. Check exhaust for suction instead of pressure!
    I need to remember that!
