TE 250 R oil leak

Hi All, I recently purchased this bike, she is great but unfortunately I have oil leak. I believe it was coming from this bit which is being held by 2 4mm allen screw. Can anyone tell my what is this part? Sorry I am new to all this. Thank you!

After 4 weeks, 60kms on clock, still on run in period leak still there. It seems that Husky in Australia has a very poor service. I took the bike 24th sept, to this day 17Oct still in the husky dealership.

Which dealer you using mate?

If you don't mind doing stuff yourself deal with Stefan from RnD husky Emu Plains. Awesome dealer.

I've ordered items from Stefan before and they were shipped promptly and reasonably to me in Alaska. Nice guy, and reputable.

I was gonna do it myself, i did not know it was gonna take almost 4 weeks to do a simple fix, for warranty claims - it requires application at husky AU then few days they will send parts... she have not been dirtied at all , i thought right thing to do take it too dealer.
Now i was told this bike is out of warranty...when i bought it i have 12 months, unbelievable.
