    So I entered my first race on Easter sunday and was suprized to find out that my '08 TC450 fails sound check (99db). Has anyone come across this with their unmodified exhaust? If so what do we do?

    Put the sparky in it from the TXC. Mine blows about 97db. I believe it should snap ring right in to your muffler.

    My TXC250 tested at 97db with the sparky in at the last event. Louder than I would like. :cool:

    Which is really weird as riding with you your bike seems on the quiet side. not offensive at all.

    My TE510 went 97db with the sparky out of the PU slip-on a couple of weeks ago.
