Something about oil pumps on TE 450'S

    07 TE 450 2005 TE 450 1999 CR 125
    with my motor going off for a rebuild. I've just remembered there was something i need to do with the motors oil pumps but i cant remember what. Can anyone enlighten me it must be something do with me starting getting old.

    I do not recall any oil pump issues on the 450's. Never had an issue in over 7000Kms. I do believe that a water pump upgrade was considered a good thing. I never did though and had no heating issues riding in the Australian Summer carting my 250 pound butt up steep hills. Top grade coolants like "ICE" does the trick
