Does anyone have a photo and/or dimensions of the spacer said to be added to the innards of the Ohlins twin shocks when shortening them? I have read about the spacer several times but never seen one.

And where is it supposed to sit on the rod in relation to the other parts already in there?
I'm guessing that it should go at red arrow, between the shim holder and the seal head but there is also a rubber part (green arrow), so that should probably sit under an added spacer too?

Turn up whatever length of spacer that looks like the one arrowed GREEN - as that is just a spacer anyway.....

The red arrow is pointing toward the aluminum spacer. You just need to figure out the length of spacer you need and as Andy stated machine or turn one to the thickness you need to shorten the shock,s extended length/travel. Just be sure to make it out of aluminum. The green arrow is pointing to the internal rubber bump stop.
