I'm about ~2 months behind here but that is the way it is...This is the 2nd, maybe 3rd major grading after the initial pushing of this road... Anyway, out on the 012 EFI fueled TC250 Husky and it was blissful to say the place..

First, it had just rained ~heavy last night and the Husky has a worn out rear tire with very low air-pressure, just a good balance for traction, not ama\fim racing winning shape, but when hanging my butt towards the rear fender and off the back of the seat, like I rode when I was ~17, it was ~~perfect. The dirt was about perfect also with ruts and some rocks for traction, along with some washes and 100% rock-faces where all the dirt has washed off. Nothing holding me back here but air and the newly graded outdoor sx track in Taboc!

Again, pick your line, just watch out for rollers or the deeper washes that are there..

Again not sure what's going here but the month of SEPT had very little rain...The riding in this clayey soil is best when it rains at night and then the sun comes the next day and the soil goes through about ~4 phases of very good riding before it get hard again... This rain and drying can happen over and over, night after night, for an extended time period.

These guys are really spending some time on the road work here and all this dry weather s really helping along this line of work. About all crushed rock at this place in the road... This is probably the highest point on the road..

Not sure what they are gonna do with the huge rock but I don't think you can just push it over the side because nothing is gonna stop it but the bottom.

You can see how steep these the sides of the ridgeline are here but usually no cliffs for ~sure death if you go over, with most sides covered with vegetation to stop you or your bike from going too far downward. These cleared areas for crops are gonna give you a long slide if you go over here....

These next 2 shots show how much more the road is getting flattened out with more refining on the downward side towards the river....

You can see the line the locals are using on their small bikes with all that room on each side of their lines very much open and while not smooth, very much fits what I want to ride on.

This dozer is apparently gonna spend the winter here..

We did get some rain on the coast last night so maybe some fell out here also... I'll be turning that single line trail into a double lane trail when I take my Husky back out there.
