I had my cylinder replated again & when I got it back the brass PRV bushings are loose. When I got it back last time, I had to freeze them before I could push them back into place. Now they are loose & slide in & out easy. Did they remove too much material from the head when they blasted it? I don't want to waste $40 on new ones if they're the same size. Can I use a little dab of epoxy to keep them in place?

I had the same thing - I used a smear of JB Weld - worked great. I checked a lot of adhesvive properties when I did it, and if I remember correctly the JB fit the bill.

I have 2 WR's an 04 and 11. When I changed them on the 04 (which had worn bores) I ordered them from McMaster and used the JB. When I changed them on the 11 I did the same thing. The bushings from McMaster are listed as the same size but they got stuck in the bore of the newer cylinder and were hard to get out. Also the valve would not turn in the bushing. A big mess - so order OEM if replacing.
