It's not real big, but a nice panaroma of the view I had on a ride last year.

Don't be so quick to think the grass is greener on the other side. The 510 had a long history and was a solid engine. You've got a great bike.

yea, ive just been getting some people talking about bearings and rod problems, and some have said they revamped alot on the new motor, new sump design, new motor all together, better rods bearing etc. idk i have heard of guys hitting 10k on my motor which gives me hope, but with the turbo on it idk haha thanks for the hope haha

I can't really speak on the old design, Brian, because I haven't ridden one but obviously they are quite different. I really like the power on my 511. It's very abrupt.
Let's see....how do I describe it,,,,it's just there immediately whenever you twist the throttle even if you're a gear higher than you should be it'll still chug right along
(that is if it doesn't stall on you... lol) It's really a nice solid powerful motor. I've heard that the valves rarely need adjusting. If there's anyone out there who has done a valve adjustment on their 449 or 511 I'm interested in knowing how hard it is to do for an average Joe (meaning not super mechanically inclined) to do.
As mnb stated, though, you have a great bike as well so I wouldn't trip on it too much.
