parking light on

Hi all, I have recently acquired a 2011 TE630. I am changing some small items and farkling to my taste but am curious as i ride it. The green parking light (I think its a parking light) is always on. Is that normal?

It is on my 08' 510. Exact same dash if that helps

yeah, that's normal.

maybe it goes out when your headlight is out?

could test this theory by unplugging your headlight while it's running to see if the light goes out

Think it just means there is power to your lo beam headlight

I did not think it was a big deal but then I was riding it around some yesterday and did find it slightly annoying. Oh well, i'll have to pull the bulb, electrical tape over it or just get used to it. Probably the latter.
