O2 sensor plug/bung

    good call, just measure up the thread size and depth,,,,I would go with a low heat effected material like stainless steel or Ti,,,,,don't thinkl I would use Al for it. What is the OEM made from (it looks brass or bronze?)

    George at Uptite has them. I have one on my 610. Its some kind of brass/bronze as far as i can tell.

    It looks like most of these plugs are M18 1.5.
    I'll pull my sensor out this weekend and mic it and put a pitch gage on it.

    I need to dive into the lambda sensor wiring to see what wires run the heater and what sends the data.:confused:
