Says US gets it too, which surprised me. No go for 125/150 I guess, as they are no longer Road Legal in Europe, due to EU HP restrictions, not emissions.

Big question, will they be street legal here? Not a big deal here in CO since we can plate anything but a game changer in certain states

Plenty of them road legal here in the UK if you have taken a motor cycle test as the horse power thing is just in place for learners Norm

The difference now with E4 regs, is that for the bike to be road legal from the Factory, you aren't able to switch to a power up/competition mode anymore, as they are permanently restricted. There is also a power to weight restriction now, so a light enduro bike has lower HP than a heavier bike. That's why KTM/Husky replaced the 125 EXC and TE125, with the 125 XC-W and TX125 in Europe. These models are off road only and don't comply with E4 regs. The days of kids getting road legal/restricted 125 enduros and then putting them in full competition mode are over.

That said.... they say owners, dealers and importers can bring the non-road legal bikes into compliance, just like all the Japanese bike importers do, turning MX models into road legal enduros in Europe.

Would be cool, but doubt it will ever happen in Cali. They think dairy farms create global warming so a street legal 2 stroke is like finding an honest politician out here.

Husky is not following that schedule. The "regular" 2018 bikes (ordered/delivering June/July 2017) will be carbed, *a* TPI bike *might* be orderable by late spring 2018.
