I'll go along with more is better in the case of Husqvarna motorcycles...

These new engines will be also be available for use in the Husqvarna model range, further bolstering the firm’s market strength, and diversity. Husqvarna showed two concepts based around a modified KTM 390cc motor in Milan, and Pierer promised the famous Swedish brand would be launching a completely new range of road bikes spanning every capacity from 125cc through to 1300cc.

This is pretty much the ~meat of announcements for future reference.
