Any one find a longer clutch cable for our bikes? The cable was tight before I added risers,now its definitely at its limits.
Can you not rethread/relocate it? How much height did you end up with? I went a full 2in with Rox Risers and was good with a re-thread.
I did reroute and adjust the threading. Still not really happy with it. It works with no issues, but I would definitely replace it with longer cable if I could.
I moved my cable to left side routing. Plenty of room for two inch risers and back two inches. Since taking these pictures I have added HDB hand guards, everything works fine with plenty of room I did have to remove the bolt that that affixed the front brake line to the right rear of the cowling and relocate it as well.
DRZ Charlie, Thanks for posting the pics. I had rerouted it before using a clamp on the radiator mount. However, using your routing is much better with no binding at the limits of travel turning the bars.
