Hi I was wondering if lightening the flywheel would provide more performance? It would be quite an easy mod.

Would there be a bolt on replacement from say a 510?

no 510 flywheel will work for you. that I can promise you. I would start with a different carburetor.dan

Flywheel mass is there to smooth out the power delivery between power strokes. You might end up with a bike that won't idle and beats up the clutch basket and transmission.

I took a lot off of mine, combined with other things that I've done, it snaps HARD.
