    My son is a Marine, but I think they have ample training areas. Shared use seems like a win win for everyone. No need for vapor money to change from one pocket to the other this way!

    Sounds good.. however our government will use terms like safety, liability, limited funds, security issues to keep the area closed indefinitely.
