125-200cc Installing powervalves in a husky 125

    If anyone ends up installing theirs themselves and has a question feel free to post up. I have done 2 sets now and they are quite EZ but there is a trick or two.

    Tip:

    to remove the rod that ties the two valves together and actuates them...

    1. remove the allen bolt on the arm int he middle of the valves.
    2. rotate the rod until it will pull out. There is a pin and half round on the far side, you need to line up the flat with the pin to release.

    After P/V's are installed you need to pull your head off and set the clearance between the P/V's and piston.
    Husky recommends (.4 -.5 mm) the narrower the filler gauge the better.
    To accommodate the curvature of cylinder and piston.
    The slack can be taken up here on the linkage.
