• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Don´t know about the front disks. The company specialises in making custom carbon parts. Apparently, they took on the Nuda project `cos it had hardly any large fairings and theywanted to see what could be done with the rest.

What's that skid plate made of?

Not that the entire bikes looks like it .. but from a distance, if that bike had a red frame the first words out of someones mouth might be "Ducati" ...

Shit, I'd ride it! Maybe throw some blue tank shrouds on it and it would look better?

Shit, I'd sell the SV650 for that
Dont like the yellow (and I'm not talking rotors )
With the low exhaust, belly pan, and tail section, it kinda reminds me of a Buell

I don't get it. You must know someone that has a riced-out civic if they are painting their brake discs (and the faces at that!)

Couldn't find the pic I was thinking of where a guy painted his bike rotors, so that was the closest thing. I was looking because someone asked if the front rotors were carbon.

The
Me, too! I told Kris Odwarka I'd write a check right then and there, right on the spot, if he could guarantee me a Nuda with a CA plate.
No go... :(

By the way, Kris...if you're reading this the offer still stands. Name the price and I'll write the check.
The Husky dealer in Pittsburgh, said around $10,000, but wasn't certain. I think it would be more. In Britain they're going for around 8,000 British Pounds. Which is around $13,000. US
