HVA Factory- how do I contact them?

    Does anyone know if HVA Factory is closed for a holiday or something like that. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, and in the past Andy usually shipped it out within a few days. I have not gotten any response to the order, no shipping notice, and no reply to my email asking the order status. I have tried to call the phone number but get a recording that "the number isn't available".
