I'm planning on moving in the next few months, so I'm trying to not bring so much with me.

Anyone need/want to buy any Motorcycle magazines, with Husky related test/reviews, I've
    got probably 100's.

I'm sort of any annal , so I have a list of every issue I've got, so if you know even if you don't the date of mag or which one, tell me the bike & year , and I can tell you what I've got.

NOT looking to make a fortune off them, PM me with one issue needed or as many as you want.

John, anything with Automatic articles, or anything on the 1978 390WR. Shipping would be to the UK, so that may kill it.

I have been trying to find a test of a 1978 390WR ever since I got that engine from you. Are you moving out of the area?

The 78 390WR must have been a odd ball, or didn't change much from the 76 model, cause I show NO listing for it.

    I have 1 for the 77 360WR , Dick Burleson replica, a couple for the 78 390 AMX, bunch for the 390 regular Auto's &
    79-80 390WR, 420 AXC, etc..

Like I said I spent a considerable amount of time cataloging Husky tests/articles, whether I had the issue or not.
A lot of old bike magazines in Dec would list the entire previous years issue with description of what articles where in there,
so you could buy "back Issues". So I spent a bunch of time pouring over these and buying issues or at very least making, to
me the ultimate Husky magazine list. I'm up to over 250 on the list, which I probably have at least 1/2.

And NO Jim, I'll staying in the area...

I would hate to see you what seems to be something of a riding haven. There is not much in the way of riding area around my immediate area except for the 2 annual NETRA enduros that go by my house twice a year giving me pangs of envy. I do not really feel up to riding enduros on a regular basis and outside of that I would need something truly street legal to go on turkey runs and dual sport rides.

A friend of mine had a 76 250WR that I worked on for him. It had an ignition problem which I was sure it was simple to fix. I checked the points and timing and appeared to be ok. But after not getting any spark out of it, I told him he likely had a bad coil. At one time I would have wanted a 76 250 or 360WR but ended up with the 78 390ACC that I rapidly fell in love with. The 77 360WR to me was a leftover 76. Not knocking it but there is a reason I am building a 78 390WR. It was what I really wanted everytime the ACC lost it's brakes after a watercrossing and having to negotiate a steep downhill afterwards.

Not much riding in ct your right. I heard rumors that the motocross track newington is going to close too. We have thomaston dam. The netra races at thomaston and martins farm. I wish I owned more land. I have a nearby farm that may go for sale soon.

My land in vt borders on two sides of the national forest. VAST TRAIL. I wish they would open up at riding too. Free trail maintence plus extra revenue for the state and locals.

California is the place we should be Southern California that is.
