Husky headlight protector

    Previously did a thin acrylic for my DRZ-E headlight...

    So I thought, I could make one for the 250/450/510 headlight as well. Only catch was the curvature of the headlight lens. Solved that with boiling hot water! :lol:

    Nice job. I'd stick with clear though, the tint looks cool but will reduce the light output and there isn't much to start. I used a piece of flexible clear vinyl until my 45W started to melt the interior of the housing!
