Husky Articles/Reviews

I recently purchased a stack of old motorcycle magazines mostly from the 70s and 80s each of which had a Husky related article. I've been working my way through them and thoroughly enjoying reminiscing about everything dirt bike from an era long ago. I know that when I buy a new bike I search out reviews from the past so I thought I'd share the Husky articles. Then I went further and decided I wanted to create a database of reviews and such so I searched the internet and found more reviews. So what I've done is compile a list of articles in pdf format that I'm sharing with other enthusiasts. They are hi-res and will take a short amount of time to open. So please take a look and enjoy.

I had some that were scanned on at much lower resolution and those were often a waste of time even with photoshop trying to add more resolution.

I have found that it seems as though 1978 WRs were not tested. I realize of course that even Husqvarna emphasis was on motocross inspite of Dick Burleson's dominance in national enduro competition and the string of ISDT/ISDE gold medals he pulled in between 1974 thru 1981.

To link it yourself, like I did in the first post, you need to upload the file to a server (it helps to have your own domain name) then type the name of the link (I used 'Husky articles'). Select the link words and in the tool bar above when you type a post click on the link button (looks like a chain) and paste in the page address that you want to link. Again, you need to have your pdf uploaded to a server.

Just an update. The list of magazine articles has grown to 45 thanks to jimspac and I still have about 10 more to scan and add. Jimspac also contributed the complete set of Husky Club Newsletters (Husqvarna Report) and those are also available through the link above. A big thanks to jimspac!
