Where is the throttle stop screw?

Can you take a picture and upload?

I believe he is talking about the idle speed/cold start knob.

the manual says 34 clicks out (not turns), from all the way in, to get 1950rpms... and most people are finding they need 38+ clicks. it's on Pg D.9 (39) of the 2013 WSM which you can find here

the manual is wrong on the turn-direction (in general, it's a very poor translation to english, if you could find a factory manual in german it'd probably be better.)

    other manuals are here.

your english is great. good luck.

About 2.2mm from the nut to the end of the screw, however, I wouldn't set it with a measurement.

Wind it out. Make sure the throttle is closed (butterfly fully closed). Wind the stop screw back in until it just touches. Go 1/2 turn more and lock it up.

    Hey Jodi-
where did you get that image of the throttle body? is there anymore? (I'm assuming you did not take the photo- or did you?). I'd like to learn about the Keihin TBI as much as possible. If you have taken a look at the manual, it is suprisingly sparse.

    thanks.

top throttle stop (cable pulley) is 8.0mm and the bottom throttle stop (throttle plate) is 9.4mm. The measurement is from the top of the threaded boss to the stop on the pulley; calipers are off just to show the measurement. I measured a fairly clean, low hour 2014 TXC TB.
