I have been using F&L 110 Leaded Race Fuel in all my bikes, 2 or 4 strokes, Lawnmower, Weed Eater, Compressor, Genarator for over 30 years

Run it straight and everything runs great

Av gas is ok but it is really for a Air Cooled motor that runs at around 10,000 feet
Has a few added thing we don't need in our bikes. At least in the 2 stroke the added oil does help the Av Gas

interesting observation, but at about 4 times the cost, is the difference in blending really different enough to justify it?
and in your mower, compressor generator etc. since those are air cooled they would be a for sure

I've used 103 octane unleaded race gas in all my bikes since 1974. Improved overall performance and it stores better without leaving deposits.

Station here in Gardnerville, NV has 2 ethanol free items, 100 octane for $7 a gallon and a 90 or 95 Octane for closer to $4

I can get Sunoco 110 at the pump. I mix it down to about 95 octane, which makes it cost effective, and the bikes love it.
