    Hi All,

    Just picked up a second hand 2013 wr300.
    And after the first ride realised the previous owner forgot to put the front wheel spacer back in last time the wheel was off and its no where to be seen.

    Just wondering if any one could get me the dimensions off theirs or have one they would like to offload. 5 week wait form husky. :banghead:

    Cheers
    Mick

    Hi all,
    It took me some time to find this picture from 2014, bur here it is:

    [IMG]

    OD=32mm
    ID=25mm
    L=16,7mm

    The flange is about 3mm thick (not measured)

    I find out that both ID and OD does match the CRF rear spacers, but the CRF ones are much larger, a friend gave me some spacers he made from Stainless on the CNC and I cut them down to 16,7mm and they fit perfect:

    [IMG]

    On the front I used the CRF spacer as it + a 2mm thick 25mm ID washer, also in stainless.

    I hope that this info is helpfull...

    Cheers :D

    The flange is to distribute pressure on your swing arm, you could do like Yamaha have as big flange with a taper on so the wheel slides in nicer.

    I have mesured the front spacer and it is 26mm long, ID and OD is same as the rear.

    The flange on the rear has a OD of 42mm and is 4,5mm thick.

    Regards ;D

    Thanks for the dimensions.

    I just got my new-to-me lathe running today so this seems like excellent project to start wasting metal on :D
