I bought 2 new original "rubber ring" (part 7712957) for the footrests.
They fit in their place but remain very loose, someone know how should I fasten them?

the three rubber plugs at the bottom are pressed into the holes in the footrest. The hooks lock them in. Maybe put some grease on them to make it easier. Capture.JPG

It's mainly the 2 outer ones, the center plug is just a locator.
The other 2 might have to be pulled through the holes with some lubricant.... and a pair of needle nose pliers to pull them through and lock them in.

I just did it again, lubrifying with few drops of liquid soap (less "permanent" that oil) and pulling more.
It is certainly not a rock solid mounting but indeed is more stable that before, and at least I know that I'm not missing something; thank you!
