Looks like maybe MX too... http://motocross.transworld.net/100...omobilemaghub_AutomobileMag_20141217_37448417 Crap.
do you think he's that tuff maybe ride a few enduros if the offroad world got one of the biggest SX/MX STARS ON THE PLANET OVER SOMETHING THIS DUMB MAYBE THEY WOULD PULL THERE HEAD OUT
We will send a invite for him to come do a National Hare and Hound Most of the fast guys are x motocross Look at all the different types of races Travis p has done Maybe it is time for a little change He lives back east so start with a GNCC
More of a Mookie fan than I am a Stewart Fan... But this has got to Hurt... He's getting old in Motorcross years.. probably time to retire.. maybe he and Reed can have a dual retirement party ... LOL
It sucks for Stewart and all of us that like to watch him ride, but he knew the rules and didn't follow them. It sounds like several other riders got their TUE's filed but Stewart didn't. 16 months is a bit overkill in my opinion though! The most ridiculous part of the whole thing I think is that it took them 8 months to reach a decision! I know they can't do it overnight, but come on... 8 months! Think of all the $$$$ Suzuki has tied up in Stewart's bikes, testing, and preparing for the upcoming SX season. A1 is in 2 weeks and they are just now informing Stewart and Suzuki that they can't go racing. Total BS is you ask me.
why dose the FIM have there nose in any of it any way the real SX series should be an AMA only deal if the FIM wants a world SX series fine they can even have a US round but with US riders in a US series and on US soil bet if it was Herlings or some other euro super star nobody would have ever herd shit about it
You forgot it goes to canada.... thats where the fim came in.... plus thats how it works.... just like a club being under AMA the AMA is just a club of the fim....
http://www.dirtrider.com/features/james-stewart-update/ These guys are professional athletes who should not be allowed to take any medication linked to performance enhancement, amphetamine or other, prescribed or otherwise. The media always cries cold medicine, but they know the rules going in, just don't do it. I value our sport as much as I do the Olympics. And I feel that it should be treated with the same seriousness.
I do believe that James broke the rules and should face consequences..... That being said, I'm not convinced the punishment fits the crime, and taking 8 months to ponder his fate was complete and utter bs. Its time the sport got serious about testing ALL the moto athletes on a consistent basis. I bet that the field would get really small if every athlete was tested for PED's and punished in the matter JS7 has been.
Might I presume the others that filled out the proper paperwork will remain anonymus. Do the olympics have rules like this drug is ok if prescribed and reported, strip your medal if prescribed and not reported? The decision gets announced lately but there might have been pretty good ways to estimate it prior.
