I was thinking of cutting a fender flap from some thick rubber that I have. Anyone want to trace theirs and post it up here as a template? Please include scale and hole placement. Thanks.

I am presuming you mean for the pre 72 bikes with the alloy front guard..?? I seem to remember in the Husky Club newsletter there was a template.. they are scanned on this site at the " tech" info.. We used to bolt them up to the underside of the guard , instead of, on top of the guard as they came from the factory.. a much nicer look.. and I recall the works bikes having them fitted that way also..

Yes, that's the one I' talking about. I searched this site and the Husky Club one as well, I figured someone would have done this already, can't seem to find it. I was wondering about the top/bottom mounting too, seen it both ways. I plan on mounting the rubber to the underside of the fender. Please post a link if you know where to find the template.
