Does your bike have this hole in the air box?

When I opened the airbox to clean the foam, I found a lot of dust around this small hole. I was wondering whether a cap should cover it or not

its a drain hole and its actually small compared to my bike and most others for example, which has large slotted hole in the bottom of the airbox.

PS I also rode, raced (friends TE610s) and also owned a late 90s TE610
