Riding around in Troy Decks neighborhood, Chadwick area. Took a small tumble and dented my pipe more than I thought. Dang! IMG_1716.JPG

I'm fine. It's in the high 90's (Fahrenheit) and this office puke just couldn't stay up. Loose, bowling ball size rocks got the best of me. Glad that water pump housing has a guard. I didn't even realize the pipe was dented until I loaded on the truck.

Good point. May need to fabricate one of those. How thick are the rods that make that up?

Can someone post a close-up of that guard?

I was planning on building a welding jig and making it out of stainless. I am sure it is a Husky Products part and would like to know if George still makes them as I would only build if no one else does. At least I have an original to base off from.

That'll work. I've got an extra pump cover to use as a model. Looks like three long pieces and three short?

That is about right. Most rod components seem to have approx. the same bend prior to welding. You will also need the three upright tubes to weld to as well.

Yes I still have a few around here.
Came up with these 1983 when had a prototype water cooled in the shop.
If your going to knock off my stuff at least wait until I'm DEAD.
