FE/FC crank rebuild

i have a 2015 fc 350 with 67 hours on it. ran a race a while back where the water was so deep my oil looked like a milkshake by the end of the race. flushed it thoroughly before riding again. a couple races later i started to get a bearing noise from the engine on higher revs. going to tear it apart and put new bearings in everything. with the high cost of a complete crank, is there a reliable company that rebuilds them? looking for first hand experience. thanks
