Choke Adjustment

    Hey all I have a 2008 450 TE just would like to know can you adjust the choke on it and if so how??

    The 08 450 is Fuel Injected and doesn't have a choke just a fast idle knob. It is affected by the idle screw as well. If you screw in the idle you will notice the knob is pushed out. I'm not sure what you mean by adjust, as it is either in or out.

    It helps starting when cold when you pull the fast idle knob out. The engine turns over a lot longer without it. Set your idle speed to 2000-2200 RPM's with the Phillips head screw. Mine sometimes needs a small amount of throttle when cold. Push the fast idle knob in after 30 seconds or so. Hope this helps.
