I recently bought a used 2011 TE 630. A previous owner removed the turn signals. The seller that I bought it from gave me the stock signals, but I needed to install them. Obviously, bolting them on is easy. I finally found the rear wires tucked up inside the area where the tail light is mounted. But, I still can't find the wires for the front. I've looked all around the other wires behind the headlight. I've removed the plastic around the headlight...still can't find them. Any ideas where they might be or where someone might tuck them up? Thanks in advance for your help
As above, but just look for the flasher unit. If that's removed in total also then you'll need one. Then wire up from there. Pretty sure turn signal set ups won't be bike specific, in theory or function. Just copy another bike for a guide may help.
The left and right plugs are behind the headlight shroud area. The turn signals just unplug, can't imagine anyone would rip wiring out from there back but anything's possible I guess... .
Thanks for that. I'll keep looking in that area. I agree...seems silly that someone would rip out the wires. So if I remove the headlight plastics, I should see it? I've done that, but didn't see any loose wires/connectors. I'll look again.
