Hey all... great site and forums!! Just after some advice from Tr650 owners. I am looking at the purchase of either a TR650 - Terra or Strada... The Strada looks great value for money... but have read some issues around stalling, air filter etc. They look like great bikes... but just wanting some advice around if there are any long term issues and which model is a better option. I will mostly be using for commuting and occasional weekend "missions". I currently ride a Honda 125. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Terra is more off road orientated than the strada. The bikes are basically sound however some developed swing arm rusting if not attended to . Also suspension travel is only circa 7 inches. This is fine for road and dirt roads but a tad limiting is seriously looking to do jeep tracks etc. I understand the motors are pretty robust however.
