I picked up a engine to do a 6 speed conversion ... and the number plate on it from the previous owner told me was a 1994 model year ....yours looks more like a Wxe then a Wr.... being that yours will / should be a 6 speed also .... very nice !

So mine should be a 2005?
as the friend above says I think it's from 1995 for the plastics...

Is there a website to find spare parts?

This is a good site to look up parts for your bike .... www.husqvarnaoutlet.com ... you’ll be able to find the parts breakdown and exploded diagrams ... and Hallscycles has been really good for parts for me also .... : )

    I also think it’s around a 1995 model year .... more so if it’s a six speed

the forks are 96 and the plastic is 95-96, and actually more like 96 as the 95 had that fluorescent green plastic
either it's a 96 or someone put 96 forks on it
not even going to guess the rear fender

    Thanks for the links...

I think its a 96 model too, Although now I remember that the seller told me it was 2006 and seeing the serial number, could it be that it was built in 2005?

If it is a 6 speed it would not be a 2005 ... unless someone did the conversion to the 6 .... have you had a chance to take it out for a ride and go thru the gears.

put it on a stand and as you shift up work the rear wheel to help engage the gears
it does not need to be running to shift all the gears
