86 400XC fork oil levels

    Hi

    Looked up fork oil levels on racetech site and I could only enter 87 430. Would this be same levels as my 86? For my weight and riding style they said 130mm from top????

    What levels are you guys running at? 5-10wt

    always wonder why there are quotes about springs out ..x inches from the top.. the Swedes did a lot of work and detailed an amount of ml for forks.. why is the level from the top better.. or ..easier..?.. rather than use a specific amount..
