Hello Guy's, first time user of this site, hopefully in the right place!! I have a collection of Husky's in my shed(8off), and two on the docks in Compton, ready to be shipped to Perth in Western Australia, all these bike range from '74 CR125 to '83 WR 250. Three of these bikes are work in progress resto's, but the fourth is a project that is causing me some headaches with tracking down parts.Hopefully some of you guys can help out with sourcing these parts. Project Bike is a '83 WR/XC175 Husky, I have been able acquire quite a bit of gear for this bike, all off Ebay in the USA - Great Hunting Ground For Motorcycles & Parts. Parts required at the moment are :- Con Rod Kit, Barrel & Head, Pistons, Expansion Chamber. I have managed to purchase a barrel Sleeve, which I believe to be '83 model. There has been a lot of discussion over the last couple of years on this Forum, regarding this particular model bike, I am hoping that some of these guys can give me some direction as to where the best places are to go to find this gear.
