Heroes Ride Huskys. The others follow.
The clutch slaves/pistons are the same in the 630's as other bikes the 7602 clutch pistons are offered for. We have the 7602 pistons in or TE 630's. Cheap insurance and a quality part.
EDIT: I PUT 2 PISTONS IN TODAY. 1 IS FINE, THE OTHER IS GIVING ME TROUBLE, I WILL REPORT WHAT I FIND. DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY WRONG INFO ON CH.
I put the pistons in both of our TE 630's. Her's needed some backing off of the clutch lever adj. knob to stop some clutch slipping. Backed it off some and it seemed good. My 630 would not move at all with the piston installed, and I tried everything. Even pulled the clutch cover and removed the clutch pack, inspected and reinstalled. I pulled the pistons and put the originals back in with UpTite X-rings that we had. One 630 worked and one didn't. I can't recommend the pistons on the 630's. Sorry for any inconvience I may have caused anyone.
The pistons do work great on our '08's!
