What are your 630 tps readings at wot? Mine is 99.2% Been doing a fair bit of research into setting up the efi.Some knowledgeable husky tuners recommend setting the tps wot % first with the hardstop screw. Then you can go onto the rest of the settings for the tps . 100.2% seems to come up a lot on different huskies. I haven't been able to get a number for the 630.
My TE630 was at 102.4% throttle from factory, after I reset the TPS it increased to 102.7%. Another TE630 I hooked up to iBeat was found at 101.1%.
