630 fuel line removal

Hey riders, I want to remove my fuel tank and am looking for the technique for removing the fuel line connecters without breaking them. Thanks in advance.

Patience! It's a frustrating experience every time.
You have to press the white button on the quick release fitting while you push the connector towards the tank. Once you have the button depressed you be able to pull the fittings apart.

Easier days then done, but it will come apart.

I find that screaming and cursing at it relieves some of the tension, but YMMV. Good luck.

It may be easier to remove the hose from the injector rather than the tank (same technique required).
