I'm looking for a big bore kit. I called my local dealer (Bill's Husqvarna) and I was told there's a 2mm kit out there to punch it out to 600cc. Does anyone know of anything bigger out there? Any experiences in the past with the 610 kits?

I know that Uptite used to make a "big Bore" kit for the 610 as well as a good cam grind and the last I heard was that he wanted to have some more cams ground but I think there needs to enough interest to justify the investment.

WiseCo made a piston for it, but last I checked, they were out of stock. You can also check with GP Cycles in San Diego, they used to race the 610 and have experience with BB kits.

I read somewhere that the big bore kits for the SM610 wouldn't work with the electric start 610's - does anybody know if that is really accurate?

I'd like a few more ponies out of my '08 SM610 if possible. :D

I'm sure a 60 second phone call to George can answer that no problem.

Are you sure you have 650cc? For 650cc, you need piston dia. 104mm

New out of the crate. Ported head, FBF cam and FBF 98mm piston 12.5:1. I was told by the dealer it was a 650 kit. I got the Dyno and reciepts from the original owner. It came in at 56.20 hp. I bought it with 225K
