Unfortunately, the 2013's require the Husqvarna Service Tool to make the changes. It's prohibitively expensive (around $3K US, IIRC). The only option for that route is finding a shop to do it for you. You do have other options, however, like the JD Jetting Power Surge 6x or Power Commander 5. The models with Mikuni FI could use iBeat software, which is relatively inexpensive.
