Well okay....it was actually the second one. I rode on New Years day too actually, but forgot my GoPro, and had an electrical problem on the bike, so I'll just scratch that one and here's my ride report for the first incident free ride of the year. Got out to the high desert riding area late in the morning. A bunch of people in the staging area, more than I have seen in years. But once I got about a half mile away from the cars, I never saw another rider again for the day. The day started out pretty sunny and mildly cool, but as the afternoon wore on, the temperature began to drop and the wind picked up as clouds began to roll in ahead of an impending weather front. I'm thinking of putting one on my practice track bike. It seems to hold you in place better, and the softer foam is nice for us tender-foots!
That's what I wanted to know and will pull trigger. I'm working on a very awesome build and they have the correct colors i need.
I have the gripper with tall soft foam and like it a lot too. I sink in the foam just enough to keep me from sliding back while coming out of sitting corners.
