    Hi all
I have a WR360 with the RWU (right way up) forks and need the following information.
what weight oil and the air gap measurement .
I believe with springs and spacers out and fork compressed you measure from the top of the oil to the top of the fork

That will be very helpful. I’ve done plenty of forks but not the 50mm magnum. Thanks. Is your copy on the magnum forms a soft copy?

Rebuilt the fork in the weekend . 180mm airgap with springs out and forks fully compressed . That equals 625ml of oil per fork leg ,cycle dampner rod 5 times to bleed air .Now need to test . Only difficult part was the speration of the slider and the low leg . I was been to gentle a little more force and it came apart . Oil seal gets left in place after seperation . Other wise easy as .

Added a Husky chain saw decompression unit to the head in the weekend and made a small spring loaded lever so its easy to operate on the right side . Oh my what a difference ,why anyone wouldnt do this mod is beyond me .first or 2nd kick every time.
