1983 wr240 transmission oil

    Just bought 1983 wr240. Does anyone know what is the transmission oil capacity?

    This gets asked a lot on here. There are two horizontal raised structures below the hole to put the oil in. Consider them high and low. 1.6, 1.8 quarts somewhere in that range. 1600cc but they started out with 1.4 liters for the 430 in 1981 which is essentially the same case.
