    Hi,
I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me in finding a manual for my 1974 250 WR. If one of you has one for sale, great,,, Or if you know of a website to download a PDF.

    Thanks!

I have the MK ML workshop manual and can rar it into email friendy segments. You can get WinRar as a free demo to stitch the segments together. If you like WinRar, it is not expensive to buy.

    PM me if interested

This morning I sent my pdf MK ML workshop manual, along with a bunch of other tech stuff, to the Cafe Husky contributor who has been posting the vintage Husky articles here http://www.3medesign.com/articles.html.

I'm sure when he has time he will post the manual.

Ive looked thru the manuals provided here and can find nothing about case oil. I got a barn find and i wanna get it started. It has spark and compression. I need confirm what type of oil goes in the case and how much to put. Husky USA told me 30w engine oil until it comes out of the weep hole. Can anyone else confirm that or should I just fill the case to the top like i do my old yamaha ITs? What and where is the weep hole? Thanks all

You can use ATF as it does not harm the clutch or transmission. I have seen on newer engines Husqvarna called for 20 weight oil

The weep hole has a flat head screw in it and is located in a straight line below the centerline of the kick start shaft. It is not a case retaining as it does not fall withing the perimeter bolt pattern that holds the case.
Have the bike on a stand sitting level and remove the weep hole screw. Fill engine with your choice of fluid until you see it weeping out of the weep and stop adding fluid. Put the screw in after the weepage fades off. You do not want to overfill.
