That sucks to hear, im wondering if my golf game will suffer after this dislocation (not that it was very good to begin with). Already considered selling my bow for something with a little lesser of a pull... Shoulder injuries suck!

Thanks guys. The shoulder really started to bug me when I was playing last winter and by spring I was unable to swing a golf club the rest of the year. It is a part of my job but may not be an option going forward. The action of general riding didn't really bother me until the end when I couldn't even do that. This injury has been quite a while in coming. Beat the crap out of your body for 60 years and stuff finally wears out.

Got my Cycra skid plate. It is the older design and will work. I just need to move the mounts around. But the blue is lighter than the newer dark blue.

Just some more minor trimming and it's a done deal.

Had to go this route so blue would match.

Thanx on battery info. Mine cranks weak when bike is cold. Then if I kick it and warms up, then battery is fine, from there on out. Mine was getting weak before I parked bike last fall.

I ordered same battery just made a typo. I did lots of testing and my conclusions are that starter is borderline sized but battery is the biggest problem it is definetly too small! I took new starter apart and filed tight brushes, greased rear bushing and put a little more tension on brushes and if i put a good battery from my rc car it cranks fast everytime even when it stops near start of compression. I think the earthx is best but they are not shipping til mid april so i ordered shorai. 20170311_124644.jpg

Sounds good! That's what happened to my red head 310. Guys would go through starters but the key was to get these to crank fast. Both of our stock batteries were failing in under a year.

One note on the Shorai, It is a bit thinner than the stock battery case. So if you wanted to go bigger in that dimension there is room. There is also some room length wise. Height of the battery is right so unless you want to make a different holder you need to keep that dimension. The Shorai works great for me warm or cold. Every once in a while(1 out of 10) the starter will just click on the first press when cold. It spins immediately with the next push of the button. Of course the bike isn't being ridden at all, it just has this useless boob walking by hitting the starter once a day to fill the shop with some 2T smells.

That's good to know cause your temps been colder than us this winter.

Yeah, nothing worse being laid up and wanting to go ride.

Anybody tried Slavens Stink Bug Killer or is that only applicable to the PDS setup on the KTM?
